Is the cutting capacity figured at 90 degrees and full material thickness and with which saw 55 or 75 ?
The FSK guide rails can only be used with the new Festool HK 55 and HKC 55. The cross cut capacity is the same whether you're using either of these saws. The cross cut capacity is measured at 90 degrees (no miter).

Can the cross cut rail be attached to a non-cross cut guide rail?
No, the FSK (cross cut) and FS (original) guide rails cannot be joined. However, you can use the HK and HKC saws with the original FS guide rails. You cannot use the TS 55, TSC 55 or TS 75 with the FSK cross cut rails.
