What if I need to return my product?
You return your product, the merchant returns the money you paid for the protection plan. It’s a no-brainer. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, you will recieve a pro-rated refund.

Is the Systainer³ compatible with my Festool or Tanos MW 1000 Mobile Workcenter?
Only the Systainer³ M models are compatible. Other sizes are too wide to fit.
Is the Systainer³ compatible with my Festool dust extractor's Sys-Dock?
Systainer³ M models are compatible with your Festool dust extractor's Sys-Dock feature. Additionally, Systainer³ L models can be attached to the CT MINI I and MIDI I dust extractors.
Is the Systainer³ compatible with my Festool SysPort?
Only the Systainer³ M models are compatible. Other sizes are too wide to fit.

Can other Systainers be latched to the top of the new Systainer³ Open-Top Toolboxes?
Yes. The new open-top toolboxes now feature a folding top handle which allows them to be stacked unlike the previous generation.
Can I use my T-LOC inserts (foam and plastic molds) with the new Systainer³?
If you want to upgrade your current tool or other T-LOC Systainers to Systainer³, your existing inserts are NOT compatible.
Can the Systainer³ XXL be used to double stack the M-models on top?
Yes, you can double stack the M-series Systainer³ side-by-side on top of the XXL. Please note that Systainers can also be center-stacked on the XXL, but cannot be latched together.
What do "M", "L" and "XXL" in the product name mean?
The M, L and XXL in the name of the product is used to determine its width. The "M" is 15-9/16" wide and almost identical in width to the previous generations of Classic and T-LOC Systainers. The "L" is 20" wide and the "XXL" is 31-3/16" wide.
What does the number in the product name mean?
The number in the product name designates its height in millimeters (mm). Since the metric system is not commonly used in the United States, we've converted these to imperial measurements (inches) for your convenience. Insert link.
